THE CLUB

3D Dynamos Football Club was established in 1992, and in 1995 a “minis” section was set up to encourage children as young as 4 years old to learn football skills, even before organised matches took place.
The “minis” section was re-formed in 2002 to become the Football School with the emphasis of providing football coaching to boys and girls (4-9years old).
It is hoped that children attending the Football School coaching sessions will feed into the Club’s junior teams (under 7/under8’s) each season, and provide the lifeblood for the future of 3D Dynamos Football Club.
Although the Club was established as a Junior Football Club, there are currently 16 teams, of which 13 range from Under 7’s to Under 18‘s, 2 Open Age teams and an Over 35’s Veterans team.
The Club can offer entry into the Football School at four years of age, with progression through the Junior Teams and an outlet into the Senior Teams.

THE FOOTBALL SCHOOL

The Coaches
All Coaching Sessions are supervised by coaches who have attained a level of F.A. Coaching qualification, and have attended and hold valid certificates for Emergency First Aid and Child Protection Awareness.

Coaching Sessions
Coaching Sessions are held on Sunday mornings throughout the year, with the winter sessions (Nov-Feb) being held indoors.

Who Can Attend and What We Expect
The Football School aims to cater for boys and girls (4-6yrs.). Levels of ability are irrelevant; all we ask for is enthusiasm, commitment, and a good attitude to be coached football in a positive manner. The coaches’ aims are to involve the children in playing football, learning the skills and improving their ability through practice.
No one is here to make up the numbers!

What You Need
Shinpads must be worn to all sessions. Football kit is not essential and football boots are recommended for the outdoor sessions when the pitches are softer. In cooler weather a top and/or jogging bottoms may be advisable as children can feel the cold when stood around. In wetter weather a waterproof jacket with hood or hat is necessary.
